Smithgee has been buying up stock in the low 20s; a while ago he was doing the same with OYM in the 40s and low 50s.
OYM offers an parallel of sorts. Like GAL, OYM has lots of shares out; they went into smallscale production last year, but following the onset of production the stock price went into a steep decline.
Take a look at what has happened during the interim:
