things are simple; they always were

things are simple; they always were1. Sulliden buys property 2. Sulliden invests millions in exploration and discovers a lot of gold and silver 3. Quite simply, and IMO, after Sulliden's amazing drill program the sellers realized they shouldn't have sold. Well too bad, they sold; it is just that simple. If Sulliden didn't find all the gold and silver do you really think they would have given the money back. More importantly, does anyone in the world think Sulliden would have tried to void the contract??? Sulliden's management are honest, honorable and respected men. They are Canadians that play by the rules, treat others with respect and will always take the higher road. I support them fully in the face of these, and IMO, greedy short sighted leeches. This case is brutally simple. Two very simple and fundamental principals of global business have clearly been violated here: A. Offer, and B. Acceptance. IMO, Sulliden will win. This property is rightfully theirs. The Peruvian mining community is embarrassed that this case persists. IMO, the reason this hearing is dragging on is because they can't find a judge that doesn't think this case is ridiculous, frivolous and should be tossed out of the court system. IMO, the opposition keeps saying this or that judge is biased... well of course they are, this entire process, IMO, is an abuse of the Peruvian judicial system and a complete waste of time and money and all the judges know it. The opposition is running out of ways to tie this deal up; we are, IMO, coming to the end and they are very desperate to cling onto anything they can. While Peru negotiates the details of a free trade agreement with the US, it is cases like this that holds them back; IMO, the president knows this. For this very reason I believe this case will not last much longer. IMO, this case has run its course, and IMO, Sulliden will prevail. After all, we have the permits to get going just as soon as we want to. If anything, we are simply showing the Peruvians that we respect their legal system, despite having to be the brunt of its weaknesses and abuses. good tradin' -oldtimer
