Where''s the woodwaste report?

Where''s the woodwaste report? In February, CEC announced it would investigate the feasibility of its generation plant going 100% wood waste. The study was to be done by the end of March. It's the middle of May, and no report? CEC has decided to stop operating the Basin mine. No big change, I guess, because even though it was ostensibly operating in 2006, the company had no revenues anyway. It must have been giving the coal away. With no money, and no prospects to be optimistic about, CEC is going to have a very difficult time raising funds. 45 million shares outstanding. What can they do? To get a million bucks they'd have to issue 5 million shares at 20 cents. Who'd be dumb enough to buy them? I can't believe there are folks out there paying 29 cents a share right now. If this company were a horse, you'd have to shoot it.
