RE: Death spiral financingOne huge flaw with your theory. It only works if the debentures are convertible at market prices. These are fixed at $5. So let's take it further... They would short the stock and use their convertible debentures to buy stock at $5...oops so the market price is $3 and RBC will be buying at $5. Yah makes a lot of non-sense. Furthermore, how long do you think RBC will keep retail investors which they fleece with their commissions if they get into that game?
