RE: Patience - Staylorpi

RE: Patience - Staylorpiwell Staylorpi, I can't say a million shares in this company is were I would be sitting... but a man's gotta dream (so why not big!). We all have good stories about the large positions we sold too early; I hope you get to tell the one about how you held long enough to become a millionaire; I love hearing stories like that... (fishing with friends as they talk about stocks like IART, SWG, SW, GOOG, PLE, one of my fav's OMG, and recently ARQ, and countless many others). Any way, I have been buying ASD too. I can't see owning a million, but as you say, If all goes well over the next 2 years, maybe 50-100K would be a nice number. They really haven't capitalized on our gold bull, but if gold is at $1000 in two years, this stock may just have a shot of buying me a new fly rod (and maybe a new cabin to go with it). We'll see... but I think I'll buy to .35 before I would admit defeat. (NO INVESTMENT ADVICE INTENDED - just talkin' out load here folks...). OK, so why ASD? ...well, because it looks pretty cheap to me! and, because the shareholders are upset, it hasn't been promoted as well as it could be, BUT most importantly, because they have a lot of (potential) gold in the ground. Did I mention... a lot of gold in the ground Also, because when a "real" news release comes out, folks are selling into the bottom; it doesn't make a lot of sense to me. Lastly, because it looks like sellers are selling on emotion (frustration to be exact). IMO, with some good housecleaning (removal of the overhang that dogs this stock - which will be no small job) it really looks pretty good to the upside... of course, I'm clearly biased because I hold it. BTW, did anyone actually read who just signed up as advisors to this company. These guys are as REAL as it gets. IMO, they signed up because this is also a REAL offering. Seriously, read the NR below again (at least read Patrick M. McAndless's profile and check out his stock TSX:III): good tradin' -oldtimer P.S. Again, no investment advice intended. I have been wrong about stocks like this before and will be wrong again. I will sell my position if I think I got it wrong and would not post here until my position was cleared. So, every man for himself (as it should be on all stock exchanges!).
