RE: Wi-Lan lowlifes showing up - VOTE NO!!!

RE: Wi-Lan lowlifes showing up - VOTE NO!!!Win does not burn money fast since their restructuring. Much of WIN's price drop has been since the deal with TVL has been announced. At least part of the fall is due to the dilution factor. Shareholders of both companies are not ecstatic about the deal myself included. Shareholders of both companies feel they are aware of the potential of their company and discount the other. I feel WIN will do very well with or without TVL. With TVL we form a stronger base but limit the upside. Anyway its your decision. Best of luck, Steve
