relationship with Challenger

Hi, wondering if CHQ.V is the more leveraged way to play the 3 upcoming drills. However from looking at the history it appears it was just a vehicle to issue shares at 10 cents to insiders who then got the farmout from SNG and raised funds at $2 plus to fund their portion. Now the "ten cent'rs" are looking at a 20 bagger before even drilling. Anyone else's thoughts?
