the owners/workers that are retrofitting the new vessel - must know that diamonds are there or else why are they proceeding with the ship modifications - funny how this was kept very quiet

unless you were there the Q & A after the taped public segment must have been very intriguing - some fat bellies are stepping up to the plate now
