RE: the numbers - disconnect"disconnect" - good anticipated financial "numbers" analysis on your part! I'm in your camp with the estimated #'s and consider that 2007 is shaping up to be a great financial year for FNI + bonus of additional exploration news (ML & PR) and revised Lockerby 43-101! Also with the June 1st debenture retired in a couple of weeks the additional carrying charge "drag" to service this debt will be gone and off the books! Regarding the # o/s shares, I believe that after the warrants are all exercised this is around 129 million + 15 million (Desjardins financing) totals around 144 million. It will be interesting to see how the "market" reacts to the financials today! Given the number of naysayers who have suddenly crept out of the woodwork in an attempt to drive the pps down, perhaps the Bay Street perception is positive! Victor
