RE: What''''s a property worth?Maybe I am missing something here, but I seem to remember a sketchy junior called Plexmar that went ballistic last year on just property holdings - no drilling, weak management, poor track record... Yet the stock was a firecracker just based on the 'closeology' of their property holdings. Now maybe PLE is not the greatest example because the share price subsequently imploded, and well it should have, but the fact remains that if we hear of a major new discovery from any other company active near one of EXMs projects, then we will have an inflow of spec capital into EXM and probably retest the old highs. The bonus to all of this is that EXM was in the area staking and acquiring projects well ahead of the pack, and they picked up some of the best properties and dirt cheap. We could be the next junior to hit a breakout on great news.
By my count there are at least 5 EXM projects that will be drill tested this year: Urique, Reyna de Oro, Maguarachic, Moris, and El Horcon. So this chatter about the drill talking is the usual hot air. The drills will do plenty of talking.
Also, our Battopilas project surrounds the MAG silver property. I read in Investors Digest last week that MAG has hit a new vein of native silver in surface sampling. Native silver veins are extremely high grade, and extremely rare. That is exactly the kind of new discovery that could start a spec frenzy in Chihuahua if they can step it out to uncover a large new system. Try to put that into your outlook for what a property may be worth, drilling activity or not.
I dont mind all this nonsense and bearish sentiment. It gives me great chances to load up cheaply on good companies. I could not care a big rats hass if the retail investors have their shorts all up in a knot and are selling. If everyone on this board throws in the towell and buggers off, it wont change the long term outlook for EXM.
cheers!
