RE:Gold price

RE:Gold priceRE:"cash flow should not be an issue unless the POG drops significantly." Take out he 60 day chart from kitco.... hit Canadian then 60 days or 6 months. You will see that in Cnd dollars there was a peak at $798 back a couple months... that is the recent all time price for gold in Cnd dollars.. even larger than when gold was at $725us last year.... this is because of the exchange ratio... All the expenses and costs for SGR are in Cnd dollars thus that is the only price that matters.... who cares if gold us price is high and the exchange takes away the difference... last 60 days there has been a hugh divergence in the gold price for most currencies, this has amplified the recent drop in price in $us gold .... thus demand will go up drasticly especially in India where there is a 10% spread from 2 months ago. Hopefully now the push for SGR will be on production.... some tangible numbers indicating amount of ore supplied to the mill, oz produced and costs will allow investors to see if their goals are being met... The company needs to focus on development and production of what it already has underway before taking on a new project... I think that was the real reason for the price drop.... prove you can operate economicly what you have first... When profitability happens then the next production expansion can get underway with minimal dilution....JMHO
