RE: ExplanationBuy-out seems plausible, technical analysis seems questionable. The new technology has been a question mark, but in recent months more and more questions about it have been answered. The spinoff is still a question mark, but I doubt that the recent run-up and increase in share volume are spin-off related. This is still a black box, but it's looking better and better.
