a super trading opportunity?

a super trading opportunity?a super trading opportunity? and a pretty good deal for teck too. ----------Original Message Posted 5/18/2007---------- just a few final comments for the day - a do not believe I am a bonehead. I don't ever remember taking cheap shots at anyone on this thread, that's not cool. I may not be an expert, but I'm far from naive. - this is all about speculation. With GXM trading at 0.77 there will cetainly be many others thinking the same. So far, the company has not announced closing of the f/t or non f/t, which was supposed to be in early may according to co NR. Until such time, I'm assuming it isn't done yet or may be revised now that market conditions have changed. If everything goes ahead as planned then great. A super trading opportunty this is. If, however, present conditions do not allow it to happen and GXM isn't willing to make adjustments on the fly, then they face the risk of not getting any financing whatsoever. - if there were going to be questions as to whether or not the 0.50 warrant holders would simply bash out all their shares once the stock went 0.50+, then maybe the co should have done that financing with a different group of investors. Alternatively, the co could have made arrangements in advance to purchase these shares in the 0.50 to 0.75 range before trying to do a financing at higher prices. Hope next weeks NR is a good one. Happy trading everyone!
