Brainwashed investorsIt would seem that others are now agreeing about what I have been commenting on in the past. As many now can see , getting the production up and a better forecast in general does nothing for the share price. In a undervalued stock that has been stagnate for along period ,and does not respond to good news , it should be now obvious that the share price is manipulated. When we hear nothing from the company about the undervalued share price and get some posters here who keep up this constant misleading banter about production , it is a certainty that something is happening ,behind the scenes and will probably be not in the best interests of the small shareholders.
I said months ago that someone was scamming shares here , with the probable intent of either a privatization or take over. keeping the price low will justify a undervalued offer and if they have enought shares we will have no say. The problem that no one wants to look at is fair and real market value.
Take for one example , the company sells one of the 2 mexican holdings. Just a rough estimate , we could say that the one next in line has a 10-12 year life span at an output that justifies setting up production. It would almost certainly have a total value of 2-3 billion . Take even 20% as a buyout offer and we get about 500 million or double the market cap of the whole company now. Triple that for the other 2 and we get 1.5 billion as a buyout potential. This would be about 6-7 dollars /sh. We will be offered less than half that and , as a result of keeping the price low for so long we will think it is a godsend, and give them our shares .This is what is wrong here in Canada where we have NO national regulator, who has any conception of what is going on in our market. We are less than a 3rd world country when it comes to the market. Thats why so many take overs . These raiders can scoop up good value for a fraction of a reaistic fair value, knowing that they can control the price.
How many small guys are buying . It is "almost " a sure thing their will be some sort of bid. I would say few small traders are buying , they simply wait and see . If we had any confidence in our regulator we would be buying and the price would go up. When we don't buy it is kept stagnate with , the usual ploys , small bids and huge sells. When we see that we are now "conditioned " to wait and see, or get frustrated and sell. Thats what they want. ( Brainwashed investors)
