RE: BARREN LANDS (AFTER READ)Yeah, I read the book too, intersting stuff! There's actually more about his time in Brazil in another book about Fipke that I read, I think it was called "Fire into Ice" or something like that....more about his younger years. Some pretty good stories in that one too.
