Why they did not talk about 2. "contract"?

Why they did not talk about 2. "contract"?They talk about so called "outlook", fighting somebody else's fight in drilling holes, but can not talk about the sell project in question. I won't be surprised to see this company taken over by some high profile entity since QST itself is not into gaining anything for shareholders. Let the Dragon enter!
