RE: Appears Century has the upper hand

RE: Appears Century has the upper handYou and your Philadelphia lawyer instincts, if you are a lawyer, need to go back to law school. This is far from an air tight case for CMM. The arbitration tribunal indicated that they were aware what SUE was planning as far as the transfer of the property to a Peruvian sub. They were also aware when the letter of intent first arrived that a Peruvian sub would be required under Peruvian law. They also accepted and cashed the down payment and the subsequent payments up until they sold to the present shareholders, who then tried to undo a done deal. I think that you better read the original Spanish text of the arbitration tribunal's decision.
