RE: SP ''''Manipulated'''' downwardsThis Financial PR from the company was dated May 17. Australia time is quite a few hours ahead of Canada so we could not have known about it until May 18. On that day, 31,200 shares traded hands an the stock closed up 2 cents, to C$1.30. I would think that if there was going to be a major exit, because they did not like this financial deal, it would have happen on the very first day. Wouldn't you?
The decline in our share price started the day after our long weekend in Canada on Tuesday May 22, with 55,100 shares trading hands, Wednesday, with 20,400, Thursday, with 11,600, and ending Friday, with 17,000 shares. Of course on Monday we recovered some, and up C$0.10.
On May 22, the price of gold also dropped from $665 to $660, or $5, which turned all gold stocks into the red that day. Gold, from the start of Tuesday was trading at $665, but by Friday it closed at $654. So gold was down for the week by $11.
Did you guys ever stop to think that this huge $11 drop in the price of gold during that week could have something to do with our sell off? Especially the day it lost $6 and we traded the highest volume of 55,100 shares? Because I did!
From the start of this share price decline, to the end of it, we did drop in price from C$1.30 to a low of C$0.96, but the total number of shares trading during this week, and decline, was only 104,100 shares.
In our total share count of 55M shares, that volume represents two investors in this company for every one thousand. It could have been very easily just one investor holding these many shares, as I have had a lot more invested than this in a company. He may have just panicked on the gold price drop and sold out.
Or it could be just one Short Seller, who is now trying to buy back in and take his huge paper profit from fools. From what I have seen from our shareholders, I think he will be successful at this.(JMOHO)
So instead of looking at these facts first, you guys now figure there is some sort of highly illegal stock manipulation going on. That this has occurred with 3 highly reputable long standing companies, Haywood Securities, Paradigm Capital, and Fraser Mackenzie Ltd, who with this 104,100 share manipulation, and by knocking our share price down by C$0.30, means they gained C$31,230. So in a 3 way split they each end up with about $10,500 each.
At the same time of this supposedly $10,500 stock manipulation, and in which they have risked everything by having their business destroyed, and possibly going to jail to boot, if they got caught, they are trying to sell 50M shares valued at C$66M, and with their minimal 5% commission for doing so they will earn a minimum of C$1.1M each.
I personally thoroughly enjoy and open discussion on this Stock Bull Board concerning this company. Everybody has their own opinion and anybody can have their own theory, and they are most certainly welcome to it.
But when the facts point otherwise, or someone presents a good rebuttal to their argument, then they should also be a kind of person willing to change their mind or at least rethink things. Otherwise, a healthy rebuttal just turns into an unhealthy argument.
From what I know, these guys are not in the business of buying shares, but rather in the business selling huge quantities of them. They will earn their 5% commission on this C$66M, or C$3.3M, whether they sell 50M shares at C$1.32, or they have to sell 66M shares at C$1.00.
But a big part of their responsibility is like it is in any other successful business, and that is to satisfy their client first. In this case us! Now they would not be doing their job very well if they were trying to screw us behind our backs, would they? If you add in the total of C$110M they will end up with a total of C$5.5M at the standard 5% sales commission, which can go as high as 8%.
Now honestly, and if you were either one of these guys, and you had a chance to make 1/3 of this total, or more, and at least C$2.75M in one month, would you risk it all, plus destroy your company, and go to jail to boot, for a measly C$10,500 stock price manipulation? Even if you were a crook by heart, I think not, and neither would they.
These guys have been around for a very long time and there past performance has earned them this very good and solid reputation. In their business this may be their strongest asset and selling point. Who would leave their money in a bank they do not trust?
But if one day, that they do decide to screw a client royally, I can assure you all here and right now, that it won't be us over a measly 10,000 bucks. So Please Get Real Fokes!
