RE: Retire early?You are more likely to have a million dollars in DMM at that point. At that point DMM will be producing one million ounces of gold a year, have 20+ million ounces of gold in resources, and gold will be trading way above US$1000. Many things can go wrong however. 1) You sell to early. This might actually be the right thing to do, since DMM isn't the only stock that is worth owning. Most of the percentage gain will come in the next few years. 2) Gold price doesn't collaborate with us. I do not see why it wouldn't short of a total break down of everything. 3) Politics in Ecuador. I think it is an over rated risk. 4) Buy out. Unlikely beause management owns so many shares. But who knows. I never undestood all the people who want to retire early. Why not look for something to do that you like instead of retiring? Cheers.
