RE: Very Simple. The MM''''s control Heard that TRGD was heavily shorted before and thus the price was depressed. TRGD was on the SHO list before, and it was off for some time. So, it may be shorted, but not heavily shorted at this time. But filing 2006 reports may be necessary for TRGD to take off.
