RE: Breakout day

RE: Breakout dayThis stock can hardly be viewed as dead money at any time. Ask Teck, Anglo, Barrick, etc if they see it as dead money. This is a terrific story that will unfold over time. The company continues to improve how well they can communicate the story and how they will make it all work. The ultra high grades and potential revenues, if they succeed, will move the stock to multiples of where it is today. They have already pretty much raised all the capital they need to get the project into production. When the stock was sitting at $4.60 Cdn, I think I calculated the Enterprise value at about $250M USD. If you believe they can be successful, as I do, then the stock is very cheap. Be certain to view the most recent audio & slide show presentation from April. The stock broke out of a descending triangle this week on very heavy volume. This is very bullish. I expect the stock will reset to higher baselines as time goes on & one can never know when that might happen. I think one of them is happening now and this will likely settle at a higher level from here and consolidate for a while again. As for me I was in quite early ($1.90), sold some as high as $7.25 & bought those shares back just after the open on Monday of this week. Heck, I even bought some for my child's RESP Monday morning. I am not much of a buy & hold investor but this is one stock that fits the bill for such strategy. Good luck, Cheers!!!
