RE: meetingI have not got a call back from Wayne as yet. However, I took the time to read over the info sent out regarding the AGM. Perhaps someone on the board here could explain to me why the financials presented at this meeting where for 2004, 2005??? Is this not 2007???Where are the 2006 financials. I would like everyone reading this post to know I will relay my HUGE DISAPOINTMENT with the companies decsision to go ahead and put it to the shareholders YET AGAIN by consolidating the stock 10 for 1 AGAIN!!!! You know i find it almost humourous now for the third time around (yes that is right I am going to be consolidated for the third time now) Mr Falconer dumped how many million shares back in April was it??? Now that there are no more free shares to be had from this company he will move on to his gold company and milk them for more fee shares. I almost flipped when I read in the financials that he was being paid $144,000 a year to be the CFO of this company. Thats right, all from the shares you and I have purchased. Now the company says it cannot find anyone to finance it?? WELLL I WONDER WHY THAT WOULD BE??? Such a shame this company had so much potential.
