Oil Is Up by $1.04

Many of the oil companies, i.e. PCA, SU, Uts, are up. PBG is down today, not up, so it is not currently reflecting the increase in oil. I wonder if it will before the close? It seems to have difficult in staying above $26.00. What will it take to go higher?
