Arbutus Biopharma Corp ABUS

Arbutus Biopharma Corporation is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company. The Company is leveraging its virology expertise to identify and develop novel therapeutics with distinct mechanisms of action, which can potentially be combined to provide a functional cure for patients with chronic hepatitis B virus (cHBV) infection. Its HBV product pipeline includes Imdusiran and AB-101. Imdusiran is its proprietary, conjugated GalNAc, subcutaneously delivered RNAi therapeutic product candidate. AB-101 is an oral PD-L1 inhibitor that has the potential to reawaken patients’ HBV-specific immune response by inhibiting PD-L1. Its pipeline includes two product candidates that target various steps in the HBV viral lifecycle and consists of various programs: RNAi therapeutic (imdusiran, AB-729) and Oral PD-L1 Inhibitor (AB-101). RNAi therapeutics utilize a natural pathway within cells to silence genes by eliminating the disease-causing proteins that they code for.

RE: Buying opportunity or....

RE: Buying opportunity or....Dragon111, U shouldn't worry too much about l% of the total outstanding shares that are options for company associates. If options were not available then it would be hard to keep good management. Did you see what last years revenue was? The management team works hard to attain revenues, on the other hand, I would agree with you only if TKM was loosing $, which at the moment, is not the case. You might want to read on, as expained in Sedar: The share option plan (the “Plan”) has been established to provide incentive to qualified parties to increase their proprietary interest in the Company and thereby encourage their continuing association with the Company. See “Securities Authorized for Issuance Under Equity Compensation Plans” for details of the current Plan. GOTO Sedar.com
