Who is minefinders?

I have been informed that minefinders is none other than Dan Davis, a 25% owner of the option agreement for Red Bird. If so, it appears there is a conflict for Davis on this issue....since he obviously wouldn't want Torch to put assets into any other property but his own. Shame on you Danny boy.
