RE: Short?Someone please help me with the valuation on this company. It is generating 1 mm of EBITDA and if you include the recent acquisition lets say 1.5mm tops. But it is trading at a $50mm Market Cap or 33x EBITDA. They paid only 8x EBITDA for the GoPrepaid acquistion and First Data was taken out at 13x EBITDA. Am i missing something? Yes there is oversees growth, but lets be realistic, the China union pay deal was announced how long ago (3 years) and still has not contributed, and the middleast deal 1.5 years ago. Why is everyone so hot on this stock...I just don't see the numbers.
