Spoke with WayneHad a very good conversation with Wayne. First we both had a very very good laugh about the posting someone put on this board about a deal with a "major" and a plant being installed in Mexico. NO TRUTH to that as far as he knew. Secondly nothing more has changed with the company. Trying very hard to work out a contractual agreement with Kinetrics. Had a couple of meetings with them but that is all. He and Alex are very surpised with were this sudden volume came from. As far as the consolidation goes he said it is not carved in stone but they may have to before the year end so thought they would get approval if need be then they can proceed forward. As far as the insiders selling why not with "NO MATERIAL CHANGE"????
I do not know who orchristrated this pump and dump, but was a job well done in my opinion.
