I used to love CIBC

I used to love CIBCThey had the best customer service and they still do. Unfortunatelly, CS has nothing to do with the scam management. First the Enron lawsuit, now this? They don't pay workers overtime.... WTF? This is not a thirld world country. I hope other banks are not the same. BTW, back in December, my Mom received a new credit card from CIBC. Without even notifying her, they switched her to a yearly fee credit card. This was without any notification or her agreement. Just tell you about management. Scam, pure scam.
