Express Your Opinion-To EMCPro or Con - I urge you to do it.
There is no question in my mind that EMC management by secretly conjuring this deal, firstly did it with themselves in mind. I can only hope that the "golden parachutes" they negotiated for themselves firstly, were all made in China with inexpensive nylon thread and by overworked uneducated employees.
However, do not let management tell you that "you will get your opportunity to vote" ----- the deal was done when they did this secretly, behind closed doors, with their personal negotiations first. If that did not happen, EMC management would not have concluded the discussions with them. And EMC management on their own have done their utmost to preclude any other bidder to come forward.
Will their efforts come to fruition? Only time will tell.
I sent my various email thoughts to all of management personally, as well as other locals. Following is one of the emails I sent to the President of EMC. I signed the email with full name, tel, fax, and address.

Attn: Mr. Paul Matysek, Pres. & CEO
You and the balance of management have done a huge disservice to us shareholders !!!
You have privately negotiated yourselves a position in a new venture and not allowed us shareholders to have a say in the matter. You have tried to "close" the deal without first obtaining the feelings of shareholders around the globe.
You have secured your financial positions, and salary positions, and future benefits and pension plans that SXR could only offer you up front at this time, rather that you earning them by bringing EMC into production as you were employed to do.
You are and will be held accountable.
We ( I ) invested in the current management of EMC to bring EMC into production and all of us share in similar benefits. You have excluded every shareholder except for the current management of EMC.
YOU ARE DISGUSTING.
Our votes are an absolute "NO" to your program and the personal greed of EMC management. Us minor shareholders can only hope the major fund investors of EMC hold the same values as ours, and indeed have an interest in maintaining some inclination of integrity in our system.
You have set "market investing" back to the dark ages of the Vancouver Stock Exchange and the wheeling and dealing of "Peter Rabbit" of Can-O-Crap fame.
I challenge you to show us the inside and personal facts, and dispute the statement we have made herein.
