Kirk... so you're a large investor over at UMJ too??? Really? If Sutcliffe is such a "dope" (more of your name-calling), then why do you entrust so many of your dollars in his projects?? Just curious. I don't follow UMJ at all. I just hope that they're not steadily increasing their NAV like is happening with Pat; we know how angry that makes you.
