I wonder if anyone posting on this board has any concern about what the President of some other company is doing or has done. I am more concerned about what the President of PSH has done or is going to do. Annual meetings, of legitimate companies, are conducted for two reasons. First, to explain what action has occurred in the past and the results of those actions. Secondly, to announce plans for actions to be taken in the future. This is what legitimate companies do for their shareholders. Annual meeting are not secret meetings. They are open to all shareholders and are intended to provide information to all shareholders. How can a company, who we would all like to believe is acting in the best interest of its shareholders, hold an annual meeting and then release no information on what occurred at that meeting? Since no one has posted any information about the meeting, I have to assume that no one who posts of this board attended the meeting. We know that PSH has never been forthcoming with information about what they are doing, but not reporting what happened at the annual meeting seems like they are rubbing our noses in it. Apparently, at last years meeting the Legal Counsel told Cotter to keep quiet because he was talking out of turn. Apparently this year, he was told not to say anything at all, at least not so anyone could hear it.
