PAG in the Olds area?

On my last trip to Alberta head on same local newscast about same company building the plasma-assisted gasifier (PAG) in the Olds area. Is PLASMA ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNOLOGIES involved with this? Also heard, there is a partnership between the Province of Alberta and Siemens and same other company to build small-scale power plant to run on organic waste fuels. Alberta is big on green Energy and very business friendly. Just my 2c
