Oil is Up 55 Cents

It was interesting to me that when John Stevenson mentioned a number of oil sand stocks on BNN this a.m. as possible takeover candidates he did not mention PBG. I think that PBG is a likely takeover target from the perspective that it has not partners and is fairly large. Am I missing something?
