RE: Reverse Split won''''t happen

RE: Reverse Split won''''t happen Hey Wilf, I'm not too concerned other than I feel for the "small investor" whose interests could be far better served by a Board of Directors who are dedicated in moving the Company forward in a timely and efficient manner. Shareholders need to be informed and should be able to "pick up the phone" and get whatever information they need. Such is not the case as currently there isn't a contact number to call. Glad I'm also invested in PEP where they have a Board of Directors who are focussed solely on its future and the Directors are giving 100% to it. I'm sure all of the Directors of Iciena are being well remunerated but what are they doing for the "regular shareholders" who invested in Iciena Ventures? If the share price is anything to go by little has been accomplished. There has to this point been NO PUBLIC NEWS RELEASES of ANY NEWS as to what Dr Chuck Fipke has supposeably already accomplished in Brazil....the very reason why the small investor speculated in this Company. How are the Directors representing the MINORITY SHAREHOLDERS best interests? A simple question, one in which ALL shareholders SHOULD be able to find out. But then, how can we get answers if there is no way of speaking to these people?
