RE: Back from the meeting.

RE: Back from the meeting.Same here. Those bacon-wrapped scallops were yum! Name change passed -- we're now Acadian Mining Corp. All other regular business passed (election of officers, auditor, etc) Regarding production at the mill, Wil said we were doing 1,000 tons/day now, hoping to be doing 1,500 tons/day by next week, and 2-2,500 tons/day by the end of summer. (more on this soon, going on Mill tour tomorrow) A few questions were asked after the presentation, for example, are we looking at a TSX (vs Venture Exchange) listing? Will said "of course", although I don't think anything will be happening too soon in that regard. I asked about whether the new IR firm (Michael Baybak & Co) was money well spent, given that the institutions & funds normally targetted by firms like MBC are often restricted from investing in $1 stocks. (in fact another shareholder had easked earlier about whether the company would consider a share consolidation in order to bring the price up to $5 or $10, probably with the same idea in mind). Wil said we should have a new resource estimate for Beaver Dam by the end of June. Meeting was fairly well attended, with perhaps 75-100 people present. Will try to post more later. Cheers all.
