MM, Thanks to your horror stories about CIBC, I personally drove down to their head office downtown Toronto and handed in my certificates. They are located on the 10th floor of the TD building. Pretty simply. They hav a window with a teller behind it. Sign a form or two and presto. Saw them in my account 2 days later. Cheers to Longs
