I find it totally pathetic that the Directors of this Company have done so little to move the Company forward, in spite of the promises we were all given several months ago. Where is the Website...the contact number, all the News Releases as to what Dr Chuck Fipke has accomplished in Brazil?
Here we are still awaiting the very basics of what we as shareholders are entitled to. Its quite amazing to me that Iciena is a PUBLICLY TRADED company without a DIRECT CONTACT number, where you cannot actually speak to a representative of the Company instead of having to leave a message with an answering service .
The problem as I see it is that the Directors of this Company hold similar positions in a number of other Companies and do not appear to have the time to address their responsibilities to the shareholders of this Company, Iciena Ventures.
This is a disgrace and I am sure there are many who would be honoured to represent this Company ...Tommer, Wilf and Lonnie are 3 I could think of. Just think of the progress that would have been made had these THREE Gentlemen been our representatives and were able to work with Dr Chuck Fipke.
Its high time the MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS listened to the minority shareholders and did something constructoive to move the Company forward. An Office number and a Website are the very basics and you'd almost think they'd be a REQUIREMENT.
Personally I think its high time we had a Board of Directors who can do something to move ICIENA FORWARD.It seems that things have gone in the Reverse direction with the shares having reached 24 cents ,only to reverse to the current 9 1/2 cents with unfulfilled promises of a Website !!!
Pretty darned sad and it comes across, that these people do not feel accountable for the prestigous positions they hold ......otherwise these relatively simple and basic issues would have been addressed long ago. Do these people have consciences, as to giving 100% to Iciena? If not, I'm sure there are others who would be priviliged to replace them. I'm sure Tommer, Wilf and Lonnie would be fully accountable for moving the Company forward and there would be others who would be willing to assist them.
9 months of promises and very little delivered....just imagine an employee working on a job this long and the bosses asking him/her, what have you accomplished for the 9 months you've been doing this job????????? No disrespect intended but just answers to constructive questions.
How do others feel????
