I also think by allowing the merger to happen they will have taken the heat out of the political potatoe regarding foreign rules,thereby allowing them to remove them in order for the newly created giant to compete at it's own level. When all three events are allowed to happen then and only then will Canada have a truly open and competitive marketplace and this is what I believe the Govt. has been aiming for all along. Definately interesting times ahead for all who stay the course. snowtrac
