RE: INSIDER SELLING!!!!!!!Hey ryntime, no problem. But by interpreting all facts that are presented (and not being reactive solely on specific indicators, such as share price movement and insider selling), you mitigate risk by understanding the psychology of the market.
I have to say that there is an elevated risk of SJ07-01 to SJ07-05 drill results not living up to market expectations, since these holes were planned and drilled without prior knowledge obtained from SJ07-06. Currently,
the market expects good drill results from the rest of these holes. Failure to see this happen, and you'll see negative share price movement. Perhaps Anglo knows certain information that the rest of the market doesn't know. Which could be another reason for selling, given that market sentiment at this moment is high. Its easy to get rid of shares now than another time.
Alot of new investors have also poured their money into this stock at 15 to 18/19 cents. And most of these investors currently have
unrealized losses. If we see the share price drop more that what it is currently, expect to see panic selling. And again, when this happens, watch for accumulation from certain houses (eg. anonymous, and other brokerage houses). I would typically ignore the actions of TD and eTrade since it is made up of the vast majority of retailers.
Don't get me wrong, Sage has great potential. But I think all investors have to keep in mind that Sage is still quite a risky company to invest in. Who knows, they may have just lucked out on that one hole.
