IMO, I sense a vein of desperation and concern in that last NR. I can only imagine they never saw the shear force, speed and intensity of the legal arsenal that has been released upon them. I think it should be clear to them now that there will be no deal. Win or lose in Peru we are going for the big cash in damages. IMO, they should be really feeling the gravity of the situation. IMO, they could choose to cut and run early and cut their losses at $1M plus all their legal work to date.
