Under valued and under followed, thisstock could easily be $10 one day. Underground gold buyouts are currently running between 15 and 30% of the value of the gold in the ground. Thus a buyout with current 1.1 million ounces would at 15% be about $110 million or about $4.50 per share (Likely higher because high grade ounces are worth more than 15%). If they prove up the expected 2 million ounces the figure could go to $8.50 per share and again that is at the 15% rate and considering the high grade of the deposit 20-25% is more likely. Thus KDX at $2.45 is a screeming buy, yet almost nobody follows the stock, is anyone out there???
