Management has plenty of well earned shares to sell. Devinder Randhawa, by my calculation, has 1,176,000 options alone. After a decade of hard work, selling "small" amounts is not legitimate cause for patronizing concern. If you think STM is a bargain, buy them and benefit from management's accomplishments. Its amazing to hear the envy when others profit from real work.
