RE: is there a reason why HAO isAnd finally, their insider dumping shows the directors have only one goal: Personal Profit.
Decided to check the BB again today as someone's comment about HAO being like Coca-Cola & Apple gave me a really good laugh!
Anyway.. I've mentioned something similar to this before, but to the new Cats in here.. HAO is, in my view anyway, simply an "on-paper" company. I remember profiting from a run-up many month's ago, so yes, I have made some coin on trading this.
Thing is, when the stock started to fall, Management would call me up and start promoting the company - while unloading their shares. When I questioned I/R about this, I was informed that "Jason Gigliotti" has so many shares that it's natural to take profits from time to time. Seems logical, but not really ethical if Mgmt. has their staff calling up Joe Blow for the sole purpose of unloading their own stock.
So.. Trade this one however you wish.. It tends to dip and spike from time to time, but understand, there's not much substance to the company. Do some research on Jason Gigliotti, his previous companies, etc., and you'll soon see for yourselves how and why HAO is structured as it is.
