RE: I''''m out, but may come back in.There is still real hope for the longs still:
1) DFR drilling the updip extension to that potential 10 bcf pool next month - results in Sept maybe? If this well hits the stock will go over $2.00.
2) Hopefully, DFR doesn't slow down too much as they have a number of reasonably high impact wells to drill. Again, results will speak for themselves.
3) They may get a decent price on a sale.
4) Gas prices may actually go up substantially. Watching the nat gas price very closely. With oil at $73/bbl, nat gas should be $12.16 (6:1 ratio). The gap has gone from 8:1 to an unbelievable 11:1.
I won't be perturbed if stock shoots past where I sold it. There are hundreds of investment opporunities everyday to choose. Sometimes you make money, sometimes you don't. Missing a profit hurts a lot less than buying a loser. In DFR case, it was easier for me to sell because I'm one the few guys on the board that actually made a small profit on the trade.
Best wishes...and hopefully something positive happens where I see value increase substantially greater than the share price reaction and I'll come back in. Again, my guess is that if DFR has substantial good news, its share price will lag reality.
