RE: stock SplitMy understanding is that the lower stock price (relatively speaking) will attract a greater number of investors, i.e. allow more investors to purchase ARU shares when they normally would not want to fork over $25-$30 for a share.
In theory the demand for shares should increase, meaning an appreciation of the share price and consequently of market capitalization. Over time, that's usually what happens, but in this case there are so many outside variables that it is hard to determine with any degree of certainty if the split will prove beneficial for the Company and for shareholders.
However, the timing is good given upcoming news releases relating to drill results as well as the publication of the estimated resources at FDN.
IMO of course..
