First Trust Multi Cap Value AlphaDEX Fund V.FAB

Primary Symbol: FAB

The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the fund's fees and expenses) of the Nasdaq AlphaDEX Multi Cap Value Index. The fund will normally invest at least 90% of its net assets (including investment borrowings) in the common stocks that comprise the index. The index is designed to select value stocks from the NASDAQ US 500 Large Cap Index, NASDAQ US 600 Mid Cap Index and NASDAQ US 700 Small Cap Index that may generate positive alpha, or risk-adjusted returns, relative to traditional indices through the use of the AlphaDEX selection methodology.

RE: Heard the 51-101 report is almost complete

RE: Heard the 51-101 report is almost completeIf there was no insider trading stocks wouldn't rally before news releases came out. There's tonnes of illegal insider trading on these penny stocks. If you see heavy dumping followed by a NR, you can pretty much bet there was someone with insider knowledge protecting their capital. Conversely if there's a rally leading up to a NR, it's more probably people know good news is coming than it is that they speculate good news is coming. Oh, it's rampant on the TSX, no mistake about it. In the US, insiders are terrified about insider trading suits. When's the last time someone got nailed for that here in Canada?
