RE: Simplistic and MoronicIt would be great if they could restrict manipulation by forcing traders to phone in a trade but in reality only the good traders get screwed by getting hung up on the phone for 3 to 5 minutes. This stock has been in a 20 cent trading range for months. Volatility within a trading range attracts trading interest and at the least brings attention to the stock. The phone trading will not stop manipulation or shorting so what's the sense? What it will stop is the intermediate investor from buying the stock.
