Upon doing a bit more research, I found that Turkey does not enforce many of the mine shut-downs it orders. - Also, with a forthcoming election, is this an election ploy to show they are "tough" on polluters? - Who are the 3 lawyers who filed the claim that ELD is polluting? Do they belong to an environmental group like Greenpeace, knowing they can disrupt a mine's operation but not shut it down completely? -- A lot of questions that need to be answered.
