As for the second paragraph who would have thought that advance knowledge is no longer classed as insider dealing. .............................................. The panel ruled the strategy was unfair since Stonestreet began the short sales with advance knowledge of the private placement. ........................................... FR still choked full of shorts who seem very comfortable that they can cover off market and no bid for the company is on the horizon. Anyone know if this data logs the naked shorters as well?
