A little more interesting info

A little more interesting infoCombine Hochschilds position in this company with Global investors, that gives them a position of about 20% of the company. On top of that, Hochschilds is still on the hook for another 750k investment into our company. What's been forgotten is that going back to the PP in the spring of 2006, Penoles bought up 1.5 million shares, which also gave them 1.5 million of the .20 cent warrants. That would be important to keep in mind as one looks at the share structure. As of the end of March/07, there was only 4 million warrants due March 9/2008 at a price of .20 cents. If Penoles hasn't exercised any of their warrants, that puts a nice chunk of the remaining warrants in strong hands. It also puts us closer to having 25% of the company in good hands. Having another instituion come on board would make things very interesting indeed. Just an opinion. Thanks for your thoughts to my question Kruzer70.
